Celina Magazine’s June Business of The Month: Lone Star Vision

We Are Celina!

CELINA Magazine is the only publication that distributes 10,000+ copies to households and businesses in Celina and surrounding areas. CELINA Magazine caters to its educated, family oriented, high net worth readers who have a passion for living well. Each issue focuses on Health, Education, Lifestyle, Community Events and businesses, making it the premiere publication in the Celina area.

As of this Summer, Lone Star Vision and Dr. Todd Brantley will be celebrating 5 years of business in Celina, Texas. Dr. Brantley is the primary owner of Lonestar Vision but recognizes that their rapid success wouldn’t be possible without the fantastic team of staff and Doctors – Dr. Brad Hanstad, Dr. Benjamin Lundeen and Dr. Paola Diaz.

Dr. Brantley has almost 20 years of eye care experience, graduating from the University of Houston College of Optometry in 1999. He grew up in Ft. Worth and enjoys hanging out with his wife, Wendy, and their daughter, Makenna. They are proud to call Celina home and can be found around town, supporting their local teams and serving in the community.

Lone Star Vision is proud to be regarded as one of the best Eye Care practices in Texas, with locations in Celina and Plano. Because of all the support and growth, in November 2018 their Plano location at Tennyson Parkway & Preston Road will be expanding into a beautiful, state-of-the-art facility.

They are the Official Eye Care Partner of the Frisco RoughRiders and honored to be named recipients of the Readers’ Choice Award for Vision Providers for multiple years. Having over 50 years of combined experience, their doctors stay current on the latest technology and advanced treatments. They specialize in contact lenses and have changed the lives of so many patients, by successfully fitting them with the latest contact lens designs helping achieve great vision, confidence and success in life. With new multifocal contact lens designs, Dr. Brantley eliminates the need for reading glasses in 90% of his patients.

Dr. Brantley says, “When patients visit Lone Star Vision, we hope to make a positive impact on their lives and create a memorable experience that they will want to share with their family and friends. We make an effort to engage with our patients and the communities we serve here in North Texas. You can follow us on our Facebook Group #LoneStarVision, where we provide an open forum and are happy to answer questions and offer our expertise and recommendations on all things related to Eye Care.”
“I want everyone to know that how grateful and humbled we are by the wonderful things we hear others say about Lone Star Vision around town and on social media groups. I know we’re not perfect, but we’re committed to go the extra mile to help our patients look and see their best,” says Dr. Brantley.

Lone Star Vision has built a strong reputation of giving back to many local organizations, programs, teams and community events. Dr. Brantley is most proud to help pioneer the Grace Bridge Eye Clinic with his good friend, Carter Morris. He regularly provides free eye exams and glasses to those in most need around the community. He is also an active member of the Celina QB Club and Chamber of Commerce. Lone Star Vision also sponsors C.A.R.E., Las Gatitas Drill Team, the Prosper Mighty Eagle Band, the PTA and local church programs.

“I was fortunate to discover early in my career what a privilege it is to serve the eye care needs of patients and we are committed to never taking that opportunity for granted. I love the relationships we have built with our clients and their families as is witnessed when they return each year for their eye exams. Our mission is to deliver an exceptional eye care experience with both compassion and integrity,” says Dr. Brantley.

Celina High School was ranked 12th out of 25 of the most beautiful high schools in Texas! #txmasonry Celina High School is less than 10 years old, but the plot of land on which it sits has a history that goes back 120 years. In 1896, the Hubbards founded one of the first free public institutions in the area, Alla School, on what is now Celina High’s campus. A memorial for Alla stands just a few feet from the entrance to the new high school.
